1. Lucky Draw

1.1. Sun Life MPF “Stack Your Chances Lucky Draw” (the “Lucky Draw”) is organised by Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (“Sun Life”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and governed by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By participating in the Lucky Draw, each person is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. Promotion Period: From 21 July 2026 9:00 a.m. to 20 October 2026 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Lucky Draw is applicable to Sun Life MPF members who meet all of the following requirements (each an “Eligible Member”):
i. Being aged 18 or above as at 20 October 2026; and
ii. Holds a valid Personal Account, Employee Account, Self-employed Person Account, Special Private Account or Tax Deductible Voluntary Contribution Account under the Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme (the “Scheme”) as at 20 October 2026 (each an “Eligible Account”); and
iii. Maintains a valid email address and mobile phone number registered in Sun Life MPF’s records.

2.2. A “Participant” means an Eligible Member who completes any of the missions set out in Clause 3 during the Promotion Period and is awarded at least one Lucky Draw entry as a result. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Member becomes a Participant only upon successful completion of at least one mission and being awarded at least one Lucky Draw entry.

2.3. Employees of Sun Life Hong Kong Limited, its holding company, subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. Lucky Draw Details and Prizes

3.1. An Eligible Member who completes any of the missions set out in Table I below during the Promotion Period will become a Participant and will receive Lucky Draw entry(ies). Each completed mission will entitle the Participant to the respective number of entry(ies) in Table I. Each Participant can accumulate a maximum of 9 Lucky Draw entries during the Promotion Period.

Table I:

i. An Eligible Member must apply for transfer of MPF accrued benefits during the Promotion Period and successfully complete the transfer to the Eligible Account under the Scheme on or before 30 November 2026. The aggregated amount of transferred MPF accrued benefits must be HK$50,000 or above.

ii. An Eligible Member must log in to Sun Life MPF Mobile App / Online Pension Services Centre, select “MPF Navigator” and complete the “Risk Profile Assessment” during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Member who is an existing user of “MPF Navigator” must complete the “Re-Assess Your Risk Profile” during the Promotion Period. Each Participant is entitled to receive maximum one Lucky Draw entry for completing this mission. Repeated completion of this mission will not result in additional entry.

iii. An Eligible Member must successfully subscribe to “SunNews” on or before 20 October 2026 using the same email address that is registered in Sun Life MPF records.

iv. An Eligible Member must log in to his/her Sun Life MPF account through Sun Life MPF Mobile App and/or Online Pension Services Centre two or more times during the Promotion Period. Only one qualifying login will be counted per calendar day. Multiple logins on the same calendar day will be counted as one qualifying login only.

v. An Eligible Member must complete the eMPF registration on or before 20 October 2026.

3.2. Sun Life will randomly draw 136 Winner(s) by computer on 6 January 2027. Each Winner (“Winner”) will receive one of the following prizes:

3.3. All prizes of the Lucky Draw will be offered in the form of one-off bonus rebates which cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other offers.

3.4. Each Participant (regardless of the number of Lucky Draw entries obtained) can win a maximum of one prize during the Promotion Period.

4. Lucky Draw Results

4.1. Winner list will be announced on 15 January 2027.

4.2. The Winner list, with Winner names and Designated eMPF IDs partially masked, will be published on the Sun Life website (sunlife.co/MPFLuckyDraw_EN) on 15 January 2027.

4.3. Winners will also be notified individually by email and/or phone using the contact details in Sun Life’s records.

4.4. The Lucky Draw result will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 15 January 2027.

5. Prize Redemption

5.1. The Bonus Rebate (if applicable) will be credited on or before 26 February 2027 (the “Rebate Release Date”) (or, if such date is not a dealing day, on the next following dealing day), in the form of additional fund units, to the Winner’s Member Voluntary Sub-account under the Scheme designated for receiving the relevant accrued benefits. If the Winner holds more than one member account under the Scheme, all additional fund units will be credited to the Winner’s designated account in the following order: Personal Account, Employee Account, Self-employed Person Account, Special Private Account or Tax Deductible Voluntary Contribution Account.

5.2. The investment allocation of the additional fund units will follow the latest investment mandate of the voluntary contributions under the member account in which the additional fund units are received. If the Winner does not have any investment mandate in respect of the voluntary contributions under the relevant member account receiving the additional fund units, the additional fund units will be invested in accordance with the Default Investment Strategy.

5.3. The Winner must still hold a valid MPF account under the Scheme on the Rebate Release Date. Otherwise, the Rebate will not be awarded.

5.4. Grand Prize (Bonus Rebate valued at HK$500,000 ): Sun Life will contact the Grand Prize Winner by phone and email within 5 working days after the result announcement date (15 January 2027) to arrange prize redemption. The Winner is required to attend in person to complete the redemption procedures in accordance with the instructions set out in the prize redemption notification. If Sun Life is unable to contact the Winner despite reasonable attempts within the above period, the Winner must proactively contact our enquiry hotline at (852) 3183 1888 within 14 working days after 15 January 2027 to claim the Prize. Late claims will not be accepted and the Prize will be forfeited.

5.5. Winners are responsible for ensuring their registered email address and mobile number in Sun Life’s records remain valid and accessible. Sun Life shall not be liable if Prizes cannot be delivered due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

6. General Terms

6.1. Sun Life has the sole and absolute discretion to, according to the relevant clauses in this Terms, determine a Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw and/or to receive the Prize. Sun Life can disqualify any Participant from participating in the Lucky Draw in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. If, for reasons beyond Sun Life's control, such as computer, network, telephone, technical or other reasons, any Eligible Member is unable to participate in the Lucky Draw or if Prize/redemption email sent by Sun Life is lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged, resulting in potential/substantial losses, Sun Life shall not be held legally responsible and participants or Winners cannot object.

6.3. Sun Life reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Lucky Draw and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice, if required by law or regulation, or in the event of system failure or force majeure.

6.4. Winners understand and accept that Sun Life has no legal or other liabilities if any Winner is unable to enjoy any Prize for whatever reasons or if any Winner suffer from any personal injuries or property losses or damages in the course of his or her enjoyment of any Prizes for whatever reasons.

6.5. All interpretation of these Terms shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Sun Life. In case of any dispute arising out of this Lucky Draw or these Terms, our decision shall be final and conclusive, without liability to Sun Life.

6.6. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

6.7. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Lucky Draw promotional materials and these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

6.8. The Lucky Draw is subject to the prevailing legal and regulatory requirements.
