此「立即規劃 自信退休未來」活動（「活動」）由香港永明金融有限公司（「永明香港」）(於百慕達註冊成立之有限責任公司) 主辦。
以下條款及細則適用於本活動。參加者參與本活動即表示明白並同意受以下所有條款及細則約束。
活動詳情
由2025年2月25日至2025年3月31日，包括首尾兩天(「活動推廣期」)。逢星期二早上10點開始，每星期舉行1回，為期5星期。第5回活動由香港時間 2025年3月25日10:00 開始至2025年3月25日22: 00完結。
合資格參加者
2.1 於活動推廣期內，參加者必須符合以下條件及完成以下步驟
(a) 年齡於18歲或以上;
(b) 香港居民;
(c) 於活動網站成功完成退休問卷，並提交個人資料，包括稱謂、電郵地址，並成功遞交；
(完成以上步驟之參加者(「合資格參加者」），將合資格獲得並會以 電郵方式收到由永明香港發出之超連結以兌換禮品一份 (請參閱以下條款3)。
2.2 無論成功與否，提交時間及狀態將以永明香港所保存的記錄為準。
2.3 每個電郵地址在活動推廣期內 (即2025年2月25日至2025年3月31日) 只可提交一次，任何重複提交將被視作無效。
2.4 在活動推廣期，每位合資格參加者只能獲贈禮品一次。
3.1 是次活動提供之禮品（「禮品」）為港幣100元旅遊網站電子禮品卡(1張)
3.2 禮品將以先到先得的方式送出，我們最多只提供 2,500 份禮品。每位合資格參加者只能獲得禮品一份。
4.1 禮品兌換受有關條款5列明之供應商的條款及細則約束。
4.2 合資格參加者完成上述第2.1條的所有步驟後，永明香港將於5個工作天內向合資格參加者提供給我們的 電郵地址以換領禮品。 電郵上將會有一個超連結，透過點擊該超連結，合資格參加者將前往 On-us Company Limited 營運的網頁獲取二維碼，以換領禮品，合資格參加者須於指定有效期限內向供應商兌換禮品。
4.3. 永明香港不會負責驗證合資格參加者為參與活動而提交的電郵地址。若因合資格參加者提交的資料不準確/不正確而導致 電郵誤送，永明香港將不會重新發出兌換碼。
4.4. 合資格參加者不得退款、現金兌換或替換禮品。永明香港可自行決定保留以同等價值和/或規格替代禮品（或部分禮品）的權利。
5.1 禮品由 On-us Company Limited 提供及分發。永明香港並非禮品的供應商。任何對禮品兌換和使用相關品質的查詢或投訴應直接聯繫相關供應商。永明香港不會對禮品承擔任何責任和義務。相關供應商全權負責提供給合資格參加者的所有服務。
5.2 對於禮品及其相關產品及服務，永明香港不作任何明示或暗示的保證。永明香港明確否認作出任何隱含的可銷售性及特殊用途合適性保證。
除非本條款及細則明確規定，永明香港不提供任何種類的保證或承諾，也不向合資格參加者或任何第三方提供任何性質的陳述、保證或承諾。
7.1 永明香港是一家保險公司。然而，本文的任何內容均不構成推售永明香港所提供之任何證券、保險產品或其他產品或服務的銷售要約或購買建議。
7.2 如因任何原因，因不可抗力事件或永明香港合理控制以外的任何其他原因，本活動無法按計劃進行，永明香港保留自行決定取消、終止、修改或暫停活動之權利而不另行通知。
7.3 永明香港保留修改本條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，永明香港保留最終決定權。若此活動因任何原因，當中包括但不限於電腦病毒感染、蠕蟲、木馬程式、伺服器入侵、篡改、未經授權的干預、欺詐、技術故障或任何其他永明香港控制以外的原因，而破壞或影響行政、系統安全性、公平性、誠信或此活動的正常運作，永明香港保留取消任何合資格參加者的資格及保留收回有關禮品之權利及酌情權，而無須發出事先通知。
7.4 任何人士若非本條款及細則的一方均無權根據《合約（第三者權利）條例》（香港法例第623章）強制執行本條款及細則的任何條款。
7.5 本條款及細則受香港法律管轄。合資格參加者及永明香港均受香港特別行政區法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
This " Act Now! Plan Now for a Confident Retirement Future" Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized and operated by Sun Life Hong Kong Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) (“Sun Life HK”, “we” or “us”).
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, the participants understand and expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Campaign details
1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
From February 25, 2025 to March 31, 2025, both days inclusive (the "Promotional Period"). This Campaign will last for 5 weeks in total, and an event will be held once a week, starting from 10:00 Hong Kong Time every Tuesday (each “Round of Event”). The 5th Round of Event starts from 10:00 Hong Kong Time on March 25, 2025 and ends at 22:00 on March 25, 2025.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 During the Promotional Period, an individual who:
a) is 18 years old or above;
b) is NOT a financial intermediary of Sun Life HK or an existing client of Sun Life HK;
c) has successfully completed the retirement questionnaire on the activity website, and submitted the form with personal information, including title, surname, and email address successfully;
(each of such individual, an “Eligible Participant”) will be eligible to receive a hyperlink sent by Sun Life HK via email to redeem one gift (please refer to clause 3 below).
2.2 The submission time and status (successful or otherwise) will be based on the records kept by Sun Life HK.
2.3 Each email address can only be submitted once during the Promotional Period (from February 25, 2025 to March 31, 2025). Any duplicate submissions will be considered invalid.
2.4 During the Promotional Period, each Eligible Participant can only receive a gift once.
3. GIFTS DETAILS
3.1 The gift provided for this Round of Event ("Gift") is one HK$100 travel website e-Gift Card.
3.2 The Gifts will be given out in a first come, first served basis. We have made available a maximum of 2,500 Gifts. Each Eligible Participant can be entitled to one Gift only.
4. REDEMPTION OF THE GIFT
4.1 The redemption and use of the Gifts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of the Gift as mentioned in Clause 5.
4.2 After the Eligible Participant completes all steps in Clause 2.1 above, Sun Life HK will send an email to the email address provided by the Eligible Participant for Gift redemption within 5 working days. The email will contain a hyperlink. By clicking such hyperlink, Eligible Participants will be directed to a webpage operated by On-us Company Limited to obtain a QR code for redeeming the gift. Eligible Participants must redeem the Gift from the supplier within the specified valid period.
4.3 Sun Life HK is not responsible for verifying the email address submitted by Eligible Participants for participating in the Campaign. Should there be any mis-delivery of email notification resulted from inaccurate / incorrect information submitted by the Eligible Participants, Sun Life HK will not re-issue the redemption code.
4.4 No refund, cash redemption or substitution of the Gifts by Eligible Participants is permitted. Sun Life HK may at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gifts (or part of the Gifts) with an alternative gift of equal monetary value and/or specification.
5. THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER
5.1 The Gifts are provided and distributed by On-us Company Limited. Sun Life HK is not the supplier of the Gifts. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the quality related to the redemption and use of the Gifts should be directed to the relevant supplier. Sun Life HK shall assume no responsibility and liability in respect of the Gifts. The relevant supplier is solely responsible for all services offered to eligible participants.
5.2 In respect of the Gifts and their related products and services, no warranty is expressed or implied. Sun Life HK specifically disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. NO INDEMNITY
Unless expressly provided in these terms and conditions, Sun Life HK does not give any assurances or promises of any kind nor does Sun Life HK gives any representations, warranties, undertakings of whatever nature to the Eligible Participants or any third parties.
7. GENERAL
7.1 Sun Life HK is an insurance company. However, nothing herein is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, insurance product or other products or services by Sun Life HK.
7.2 If for any reason the Campaign is not capable of running as planned, due to an event of force majeure or any other cause outside Sun Life HK reasonable control, Sun Life HK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign without prior notice.
7.3 Sun Life HK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising from this Campaign, the decision of Sun Life HK shall be final and conclusive. If this activity is disrupted or affected in its administration, system security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct due to any reason, including but not limited to computer virus infections, worms, trojan horses, server intrusions, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sun Life HK, Sun Life HK reserves the right and discretion to disqualify any eligible participant and to reclaim the relevant privileges without prior notice.
7.4 Any person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any of the terms herein under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623.
7.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The Eligible Participant and Sun Life HK submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
